I urge pasage of the adoption regulations draft that would protect prospective parents from discrimination based on gender or sexual orientation. To do otherwise is cruel to both children and prospective parents. Make me proud, not ashamed, to be a Virginian by ensuring equal adoption rights for anyone generous enough to adopt an unwanted child.
