Please do not change any regulations that would hinder faith based organizations from providing adoption care services. These agencies provide a service not only to the families, but to children within Virginia and worldwide. The number of orphans negatively impacted would greatly increase if these agencies are slowed or all together stopped from providing a much needed service!

Please do not cater to special interest groups who would use "scare tactics" in order to get this issue re-opened... when it was already closed earlier this year. Politics has no place when it comes to the lives of innocent children!
