Thank for your approval on April 20, 2011 of regulations that respect the beliefs of faith-based adoption agencies and birth parents with regards to marriage and family as to how that  affects child placement decisions.  Please do not adopt any changes to the regulations discriminatory toward faith-based agencies or birth parents.
