I urge you to keep the current regulations. These allow faith-based adoption agencies such as Catholic Charities to follow the moral and social teachings of their Church and not to place children in same-sex marriages. This is not descrimination but rather a desire to place children in what their Faith dictates is the intended family unit.

To require such faith-based agencies to do otherwise would be an egregious violation of religious liberty. Thus, I again urge you to keep the current regulations. Thank you.
