The threatening opposition by the ACLU and Virginia Equality to the regulation as proposed by the Virginia Board of Social Services is very discriminating and both orginizations should be ashamed of themselves!!!  The proposed regulation preserves the religious freedom guaranteed by our Constitution and should be kept in place for all persons involved in adoptions.  I urge the Board to stand their ground and disregard the threat from the opposition.
