The odd and conspicuously present fact here is that the code language in this instance is non-restrictive of homosexuals. Under this change, homosexuals could have their own adoption agencies, but instead they choose to discriminate against people of Christian Faith and those who for other reasons may oppose catering to the homosexual lifestyle. I believe those agencies who have the conviction of faith to abide by the scriptures have every God-given (the true unalienable) right to reject the conveyance of homosexuality as acceptable for raising children.
