Do what is best for children

There are many studies that show children do best in homes with a father (male) and mother (female).

While that is not always possible, it should certainly be public policy that children needing placement into homes be placed into such homes if at all possible.  That is the position of most (if not all) faith-based placement agencies in Virginia.  They know what works best for children and they are doing a tremendous service to this state!  They should be supported, not regulated further by injunctions which are not in the best interest of children.

I ask that the proposed regulation that would discriminate against faith-based child placement agencies by forcing them to adopt children to homosexuals be REJECTED!
