I support the regulation that no child should be discriminated against based on any aspect of his or her personality or belief system. No one, especially a child who is still ungoing massive change and understanding to become an adult should not have to feel different because of who they are. This is just a form of bullying that occurs in schools, only being condoned by the VA government.
