Please allow the changes to stand as approved by the governor. They do not inhibit any organization from accepting any foster/adoptive parents that they wish. They simply prohibit discriminating against private placement organizations that do not believe that it is in the best interest of the child to be placed with a homosexual foster/adoptive parent. Religious organizations must not be forced in act in violation of their consciences.  Because of a law in Massachussetts forcing adoption agencies to allow homosexual placement, Catholic Charities shut down and the state lost a valulable resource for children. Let's not do the same thing in Virginia. We need all the adoption agencies we have.
