no discrimination of any kind in adoption regs

There are many factors an adoption agency should consider when placing a child in a permanent or foster care home including but not limited to the stability of the home and the safety of the child.

A good home is a good home, and there are so many children in Virginia who need one. As long as there are children in Virginia in need of adoption and foster care, any qualified home should be considered, regardless of the race, color, national origin, religious affiliation, age, gender, sexual orientation, disability or political affiliation of the parent or parents in the home.
