This policy must be changed. How can we continue to deny some families, while others are being given benefits, just because they have parents who are not US citizens. We should count all income from parents as children are not able to sustain themselves whether their parents are citizens or not. I am sure that this was not thought through throughly before this policy was implemented. But now that it is being reviewed, please change this. Count the income of all parents no matter of their citizenship.
