Count the income of those who are not included in the household size? Why? If  illegal aliens  are not countedn in the household size for eligibility purposes, why would we count their income therby reducing the benefit of the legitimate household? Are we now using the SNAP program to penalize household who harbor illegal aliens? If they cannot be counted in the household size, their income should not be factored in.
