As a Benefits Program Spec. I disagree with this policy and find it highly discriminatory towards legal immigrants as well as US citizens.  As a citizen, I am angered at the thought that we are contributing  to the illegal immigration issue by giving this group of people incentive to remain here illegally.  We have a wonderful country and I welcome anyone to come to our country for a better life as long as it is legally.  As a worker and a citizen who votes in every election, I ask that this policy is changed to hold everyone to the same standards.
