SNAP income proration

The SNAP policy governing the proration of income in households where one or more  members is an unqualified alien should be changed to match the income policy for all other households (excluding aged and disabled) as the income is available to all of the household members just as in a household with no ineligible aliens members.  The current policy makes households with unqualified alien members eligible when the same size household containing no unqualified alien members are not eligible based on the same household income and therefore penalizes the hh with no unqualified alien members. The household income should be counted the same in both households.  Thank you for addressing this inequity in the SNAP policy.
