I am the mother of three children which were adopted.  We used Bethany Christian Services, which has 4 offices in Virginia.  The proposed language of 22 VAC 40-131-170 would cause Christian and Catholic agencies to close their doors or go against their moral and religious beliefs.  No law or regulation should force someone to go against their moral and religious beliefs. 

Please do not let the poltical agenda of others force the religious agencies that provide adoption services to close their doors or stop providing adoption services (as in Massachuttes), rather than go against their religious beliefs about marriage, family,  and human sexuality.
