I oppose 20 VAC 40-131 changing the regulations for child-placing/adoption agencies.  These children need loving, stable homes with intact families that have Bible-based moral standards.  Please let them continue to have the option of Christian faith-based adoption agencies.  The repercussions of changing these regulations would be far-reaching.  Even most non-Christians would not want this reverse discrimination to force the closure of faith-based adoption agencies.
