T     I have been a foster parent for over seven years.  My wife and I helped over a dozen children in foster care during this time. Also we adopted two sibling children out of the foster system here in our state. It is rediculous to here religious programs and agencies are being targeted for closing. These are the most dedicated  workers who put their hearts and homes where it counts for the most good for children in need. I know. I am one of them.  Recommendations, raises, rewards, and encouragement should be given to these people and programs, not closure notices.  Straighten this out now.
