Faith based adoption agencies play a vital role in facilitating the family foundation that forms the environment for so many children's lives.  How can regulations that force them to violate their principals, principals which have been  in place for thousands of years of recorded history, be considered without careful debate and public comment.  The secretive nature of this legislation tells volumes about its proponents and should raise alarms within the regulatory community.  I stand in opposition to this regulation.
