Proposed Virginia Administrative Code section 22 VAC 40-131-170 discriminates against the child

The proposed code discriminates against children by placing them at risk of being adopted by a same gender couple.

This code denies the child from having a normal family life based on natural law and therefore

is harmful and discriminatory to the child.
