I do not believe that adoption by homosexuals should be mandated to all adoption agencies. I believe first of all that the ideal situation for children is a two parent home consisting of a traditional mother and father. I also do not think that faith based adoptions agencies should be  mandated to comply with legislation that would violate their religious beliefs.
