I am strongly oppossed to this new regulation.  These private organizations are run based on their religious beliefs.  Although it may not be politically correct, Christians have the right to believe and say that homosexuality is wrong.  We also have the right to believe that putting a child in an immoral enviornment is harmful.  If a homosexual couple does not like what we believe, don't use a private agency!  I'm sure there are plenty of state run agencies that would be happy to help.
