I understand that your trying to enact this legislation is a matter of conscience.  But I also would like to encourage you not to trample the religious liberty (a matter of conscience) of those (faith-based agencies) who seek to find families for kids in homes not headed by homosexual couples.  This also is a matter of conscience and should be respected.
