Please do not pass these minumum standards.  Disallowing discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation would force the closure of faith-based adoption agencies and present the state with a serious shortage of adoption agencies.  How many more mothers will abort their children without these Christian services?  Surely that is not the goal of social services.  It would, I fear, be the result of this action.  Wisdom demands another look at this action and its long-term consequences to both women and children.
