Comments on Proposed Regulations

Adoption rules should not extended to same-sex partners.  This action will place a child in a family environment where they will be taught homosexual values, to the detriment and usually, exclusion, of traditonal family values which are the bedrock of our traditional society in every respect.  They will also more likely to be subjected sexual abose since same sex devianace is more difficult to detect and more easily disguised.  A child will not be given the opportunity to even see an dunderstand what has been "normal" tradiitonal sexual behavior.

I must protest the action of bureaucrats in a regulatory agency to promolgate rrgulatory changes that have not been authorized by the General Asembly.  Where is your authority?

By the Marriage Amendemnt to the Commonwealthof Virignia Constitution, the citizens have expressed their opinion of what constitutes a married family an d this action is in direct comnflict with the intent of that amendment.
