Why should all adoption agencies be required to provide homosexual adoptions?  If homosexual adoption is considered a public good, why isn't it enough for *some* agencies to provide it?  Catholic adoption agencies provide an important public service and have valuable knowledge based on experience, so why should they be forced out of existence?  Freedom of religion is guaranteed by the Federal and State constitutions; homosexual adoption is not.  Why should freedom of religion be abridged in this situation?  What compelling legal or societal need would that serve?
