Being part of a llama and alpaca rescue organization, easing the restrictions for bring them into Virginia to new, loving homes would aid in our efforts. At this time, I avoid bringing deserving llamas into Virginia due to the additional cost that our rescue organization can not afford. There was a recent rescue of over 650 llamas in Montana from a failed sanctuary.  Only 4  llamas came to Virginia due to the burden of these tests.  Please pass thees changes.
