I am very concerned about the changes in Adoption.  This is an option that Virginia has used for many, many years.  It does not cost the state anything to have Churches or Religious organizations help with Adoptions.  Record keeping is in strict accordance with the law.  If there is an issue there, then this is not how to address record keeping or adhearance to regulations.  I fear that the great Commonwealth of Virginia is crossing over the line between Church and State.  Where is the freedom of religion and the abiity to leverage state assets?

This bill should be cancelled.
