My wife and I urge you to not approve the proposed Social Service Adoption Standards.  Certain proposed standards as stated in 22VAC40-131-170 Part B are in direct contradiction to Constitutional and statutory rights regarding religious freedom, and would force the closure of many faith-based adoption services such as Catholic Charities Adoption Services (CCAS).  Please do not approve the proposed Social Service Adoption Standards.  Thank you for reading my comment and considering our point of view.
