I support this amendment.  Excelsior's clinical experience requirements prior to admisssion to it's program, and the evaluative processes used in the program (exams and CPNE) ensure that the graduate nurses coming out are competent and qualified.  Compared to the "traditional" education I have received, I feel that the Excelsior program has been superior and has more than prepared me for my RN career.
