I graduated from a community college with my ADN recently, and I now work in a sub-acute LTC facility with several experienced LPN's. Most of them are very experienced, and have worked in a variety of clinical settings. I feel that the experience that LPN's have acquired in such areas should be recognized, and if Excelsior graduates are able to pass the NCLEX-RN, they should be able to work as RN's in Virginia.
