Excelsior graduates must pass a grueling three-day hands-on examination to prove their competency to practice at the entry-RN level.  Many fail.  Only those with current patient care experience can be accepted, and only those who are self-motivated and disciplined can complete this course of study.  I urge you to reconsider your refusal to allow graduates of this program to practice.  For many, including myself, it was the only realistic route to RN licensure.
