I am writting in support of Excelsior  College's ADN Program. Excelsior recruits students with many years of clinical experience that students of traditional programs do not. With the current nursing shortage and the health disparities with regard to access of care it is hard to justify not granting licensure to a graduates of this well respected program. Furthermore, there is no other program in the 50 states that has sustained the rigorus scrutiny of Excelsior. I wonder if Virgina will place all of its nursing schools under the same lens?
