I would like to support the proposed regulatory  amendment to the Virginia State Board of Nursing regarding the licensure of RN's graduating from Excelsior College. I had the privilege of completing the program in 1999 and also passing the State Boards the first time I took them. I was an LPN for many years and had many years of clinical experience which prepared me for the program. I have since obtained my BSN and MSN from VCU School of Nursing. I believe that this program enabled me to further my education while working full time and I am very grateful  for the opportunity.
