Description This administrative regulation establishes the specifications related to the size and location in which required stickers are to be placed on the windshields of motor vehicles. The stickers referred to in this section are those required by counties, cities, and towns in lieu of license plates.

Goals of Regulation Pursuant to section 46.2-1052 the Department of state Police shall promulgate regulations relating to the size of stickers or decals used by counties, cities, and towns in lieu of license plates. Such stickers shall be affixed on the windshield at a location designated in those regulations.
