General Information
Action Summary This action implements Chapter 391 of the 2019 Acts of Assembly by eliminating the statutory requirement for common interest community associations to make annual payments to the Common Interest Community Board (“the Board”) based on gross assessment income. This action also extends existing temporary fee reductions for applications and renewals received on or before June 30, 2020.

Executive Branch Review This Action is exempt from Article 2 of the Administrative Process Act. The normal executive branch review process is not required. As such, it can be submitted directly for publication and is effective upon publication.
