2018 Fee Reductions
General Information
Action Summary The Common Interest Community Board (Board) has extended the existing reduction in the application registration fee for residential common interest communities applying on or before June 30, 2019; and also extended the current reduction in renewal fees for associations renewing on or before June 30, 2019. The purpose of the fee reductions is to continue the reduction of an accumulated surplus in the Board’s budget so as to remain in compliance with the Callahan Act (Va. Code § 54.1-113).
