General Notice: Public Comment Period for Revised POA Disclosure Packet Notice and new proposed Condo Resale Certificate Notice

The Common Interest Community Board is seeking public comment on proposed revisions to the Property Owners Association (POA) Disclosure Packet Notice, and a new proposed Condominium Unit Owners’ Association Resale Certificate Notice.

Comments may be posted in the TownHall forum associated with this General Notice, or may be submitted direclty to the Common Interest Community Board. All comments must be recieved on or before Monday, May 28, 2018.
