| Purpose of the meeting The Board of Agriculture and Consumer Services (Board) will meet to discuss issues related to Virginia agriculture and consumer services. Staff will request the Board’s approval of the following regulatory actions: (i) proposed exempt action to amend 2 VAC 5-490, Regulations Governing Grade "A" Milk and (ii) proposed fast track action to amend 2 VAC 5-501, Regulations Governing the Cooling, Storing, Sampling and Transporting of Milk. The Board will also hold its annual elections and consider the proposed appointment of a Virginia Winery Distribution Company board member. The Board will entertain public comment at the conclusion of all other business for a period not to exceed 30 minutes. | |||||
