| Purpose of the meeting The Board will meet to discuss issues related to Virginia agriculture and consumer services. Staff will request the Board’s approval of the following regulatory actions: (i) final action to amend 2 VAC 5-490, Regulations Governing Grade "A" Milk and (ii) final action to promulgate 2 VAC 5-115, Regulations for Determining Whether a Facility Meets the Purpose of Finding Permanent Adoptive Homes for Animals. The Board will entertain public comment at the conclusion of all other business for a period not to exceed 30 minutes. | |||||
