| Purpose of the meeting This Public Hearing is being held in accordance with Section 45.1-184.1 of the Code of Virginia on a permit application for a mineral mine adjacent to U.S. Route 58 approximately .5 miles northeast of Hansonville VA. The permit application is entitled “Tip Top Materials, LLC”, and was submitted by Tip Top Materials, LLC. The permit documents will be available for review by the public, beginning at 6:30 PM. The Public Hearing will begin at 7:00 PM, and public comment will be taken at that time. | |
