| Purpose of the meeting The Noxious Weeds Advisory Committee will review submissions of plants that are being considered for addition to Virginia’s noxious weed list in 2VAC5-317 et seq., Regulations for Enforcement of the Noxious Weeds Law. The committee will entertain public comment at the conclusion of all other business for a period not to exceed 30 minutes. Any person who needs any accommodation in order to participate at the meeting should contact the person identified in this notice at least five days before the meeting date, so that suitable arrangements can be made for any appropriate accommodation. | |||
