| Purpose of the meeting This webinar is being held for members of the Regulatory Advisory Panel (RAP) for the CO2 Trading Regulation (Revision C17) and the Air Pollution Control Board, as well as interested member of the public. ICF International (ICF) has conducted energy economic modeling analysis to project future business-as-usual and possible Executive Directive 11 implementation scenarios for Virginia. ICF will report on the results of that modeling analysis and take questions from the webinar audience. This webinar is being hosted by the Georgetown Climate Center (GCC) and a recording of the webinar will be available after the event.
