| Purpose of the meeting Governor McAuliffe established this Center of Excellence to help the Commonwealth understand and address over-representation of persons with behavioral health challenges in the justice system. The Center's mission is to increase collaboration between the state and localities, and across disciplines; to assist in identifying and providing access to meaningful data, evidence based programs and practices; and utilize resources more effectively to improve outcomes for individuals and enhance systems interoperability. | |
