| Purpose of the meeting The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the current issues of the Virginia Racing Commission. During the meeting the Commission will hold a hearing concerning Twinspires Advance Deposit Account Wagering license along with an appeal hearing for harness trainer Mark Gray. Comments from the public will be received towards the end of the meeting and will be limited to 5 minutes per person. | |
