| Purpose of the meeting In accordance with Section 4 VAC 25-130-773.13 of the Virginia Coal Surface Mining Reclamation Regulations, and Section 45.1-239(B) of the Code of Virginia, the Department of Mines, Minerals and Energy, Division of Mined Land Reclamation, will hold an informal conference to receive comments regarding the proposed renewal application for A & G Coal Corporation. The permit area is located in Wise County, 2.0 miles northeast of Appalachia, Virginia, on Kelly Branch, on the U.S.G.S. Appalachia quadrangle, northing 3531260.1977, easting 10234527.6061. Any person having an interest, which is or may be adversely affected by the decision on the application, may present oral or written comments during this conference. | |
