| Purpose of the meeting An Assessment Conference (ยง4VAC25-130-843.15 VCSMRR) will be conducted at the Lebanon VA Office (Russell County Government Center)at 135 Highland Drive, at 9:00 AM on April 29, 2015. The hearing is to review the Civil Penalties of Violations STJ0009314, STJ0009315, HGCOOO10769, JRJ0001738, CO LJJ0001356, CO JKC0001180, CO KXC0008977, CO LJJ0001462 CO JRJ0001870, C0 JKC0001179, CO JKC0001152, CO RDS0010700 AND CO RDS0010699 on VA Fuel Corp and A & G Coal Corp Permit Nos. 1602068, 1602068, 1102059, 1702073, 1101954, 1502057, 1101914, 1101991, 1100877, 1502057and 1101917 respectively. Please be advised that the Assessment Conference will be open to the public. The Assessment Conference Officer may accept oral or written argument and any other information relevant to the issuance of the notice. | |
