| Purpose of the meeting A regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Virginia Housing Development Authority will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 3, 2014 in the Board Room, second floor, of the Virginia Housing Center located at 4224 Cox Road, Glen Allen, Virginia. The following meetings of the committees of the Board of Commissioners will be held at such address at the dates and times and in the rooms set forth as follows: Executive Committee; Dec. 3, 2014, 8:30 a.m.; Henrico 2, Second Floor Committee of the Whole; Dec. 3, 2014, 9:30 a.m.; Board Room, Second Floor The Committees and the Board may also meet during meals before and after the meetings on December 3, 2014.
