| Purpose of the meeting An Assessment Conference (ยง4VAC25-130-843.15 VCSMRR) will be conducted at the Lebanon VA Office (Russell County Government Center)at 135 Highland Drive, at 9:00 AM on November 5, 2014. The hearing is to review the Civil Penalties of Notices of Violation JRJ0001659, STJ0009136, STJ0009135, STJ0009144, STJ0009130, STJ0009132, STJ0009137 and STJ0009128 on Virginia Fuel Corporation Permit nos. 1702073, 1602068, 1602072, 1602068, 1202076, 1102077, 1602068 and 1202075, respectively, and Cessation Order no LJJ0001150 on Airway Resources LLC permit 13012742. Please be advised that the Assessment Conference will be open to the public. The Assessment Conference Officer may accept oral or written argument and any other information relevant to the issuance of the notice. | |
