| Purpose of the meeting In accordance with Section 4 VAC 25-130-773.13 of the Virginia Coal Surface Mining Reclamation Regulations, the Department of Mines, Minerals and Energy, Division of Mined Land Reclamation, will hold an informal conference to receive comments regarding the proposed permit renewal application for Dickenson Russell Coal Company PN 1301839, application NO 1009031. The proposed permit area is located ON DUMPS CREEK NEAR SOUTH CLINCHFIELD in Russell County. Any person having an interest, which is or may be adversely affected by the decision on the application, may present oral or written comments during this conference person. | |
