| Purpose of the meeting The meeting of the Board will be a two-day event that includes the Board meeting on July 28, 2014, and Board tour on July 29, 2014. The Board will meet to discuss issues related to Virginia agriculture and consumer services. In addition, staff will request the Board’s approval of the following regulatory actions: • Proposed Exempt Action – 2 VAC 5-585 (Retail Food Establishment Regulations) • Proposed Notice of Intended Regulatory Action – 2 VAC 5-685 (Regulations Governing Pesticide Applicator Certification Under Authority of Virginia Pesticide Control Act). The Board will entertain public comment at the conclusion of all other business for a period not to exceed 30 minutes. Any person who needs any accommodations in order to participate at the meeting should contact the person identified in this notice at least five days before the meeting date so that suitable arrangements can be made for any appropriate accommodation. | |||||
